Adoption Process

November 17, 18, 21, 25

 

The adoption process will begin after worship on Sunday, November 18 and 25, Saturday, November 17 and Wednesday, November 21.  Tables are located in the courtyard where you can sign up to provide gifts for one or more children and/or food boxes for the families as well as sign up to deliver gifts on delivery day, December 15.  YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE SOME CHOICES AT THIS TIME!

OPTION #1:

  • Adopt an entire family (food and children's gifts)
  • Attend the Delivery Day Breakfast on 12/15
  • Deliver to the family you adopted

Option #1 Instructions:

  1. To guarantee that you can deliver to the family that you are adopting, you MUST adopt the entire fammily (food basket and children's gifts).
  2. After making your choice(s), an Adotion Table Assistant will document your choices and get additional contact information.
  3. You will also need to sign up at the Delivery Day Sign-up Table.
  4. When making your purchases, please follow the suggested guidelines.
  5. Familiarize yourself with the Deliver Day procedures.

OPTION #2:

  • Adopt individual children or single food baskets (not an entire family)
  • Attend the Delivery Day Breakfast on 12/15
  • Deliver to a family that day

Option #2 Instructions:

  1. After making your choice(s), the Adoption Table Assistant will document your choices and get additional contact information.
  2. You will also need to sign up at the Delivery Sign-up Table.
  3. When making your purchases, please follow the suggested guidelines.
  4. Familiarize yourself with the Delivery Day procedures.

OPTION #3:

  • Adopt indivudal children, single food baskets, or an entire fammily BUT cannot participate in Delivery Day.

Option #3 Instructions:

  1. After making your choice(s), the Adoption Table Assistant will document your choices and get additional contact information.
  2. When making your purchases, please follow the suggested guidelines.
  3. You must return the packages to the Fellowship Hall on Sunday morning, December 9, (anytime until noon) or on the following Wednesday, December 12, between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm.  There will be someone to help you at these times.
