DELIVERY DAY SCHEDULE
Saturday, December 15th
Schedule of Events
All events to be held at La Casa de Cristo
8:00 am - Driver check-in begins (Fellowship Hall)
8:30 am - Family Pancake Breakfast Buffet (Fellowship Hall)
9:00 am - Delivery assignment and vehicle loading begins
- Parking: The parking area just outside the main entrance of the Fellowship Hall will be used for staging of the gifts and food baskets. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THIS AREA. Parking is available in the areas south of the Sanctuary, north (behind) the Sanctuary and north and west of the Sunday School buildings.

- Delivering your gifts: After the breakfast, drivers will be released in groups based on the "driver number" they received at the check-in table. You will need to pull around to the west side of the church property to the vehicle receiving line. At that time you will be instructed to pull up to a pod to load the gifts you are delivering.

- Check-in: The check-in area is at the entrance of the Fellowship Hall. All drivers must check in and receive a driver number. Even if you are delivering a complete family, you must check in so we know that family is going to receive their gifts and food baskets.

- YOU WILL RECEIVE ALL INFORMATION THAT YOU MIGHT NEED - ADDRESS OF THE HOME, DIRECTIONAL MAPS, ETC. - AT THE POD WHERE THE GIFTS AND FOOD BASKETS ARE LOCATED.

- Pancake Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast is being prepared by the Boy Scout Troops #316 and #616. Please be sure to thank them for their efforts.

- There is always a chance that the family that you are delivering to may not be home. If this happens, please take your delivery to the Palomino #1 school at 15833 N. 29th Street (Paradise Lane and 29th Street). Members of the La Sagrada Church will store the packages and make sure they are delivered to the correct household.
