Purpose
The purpose of the PHD program is to commit one year to the development of spiritual and leadership potential and Christian character formation. To accomplish this goal, prior to a monthly meeting, each participant is required to complete the assigned reading and accompanying application guide.

The program demands a commitment to meeting once a month for four hours, meeting a minimum of once a month with your prayer partner, Bible study, participation in a group outreach activity, and reading the following books:
