Sunday School Welcomes YOU!

•    We have classes for children 2 years old (by Sept. 1, ’09) through 6th grade

•    Join us for class during the 9:15 or 10:30 hour.

•    Everyone needs to register or sign in as a visitor in the Sunday School office.

Please review the following Sunday School policies:

• Your child’s classroom is to be “ELECTRONIC FREE”. Please help create a positive learning environment for your child by having them leave telephones, iPods, game boys, and all other electronic equipment at home.
• Loving Discipline: A positive, loving approach to discipline is followed. Our teachers use positive reinforcement, redirection and focus on the action rather than the child in order to build self-esteem and a healthy self-concept.
• Offering: A free will offering is received, in class, each Sunday morning. 5th and 6th grade students assist the congregation by donating the Food Bank food item of the month.
• Snacks: 2 year-old through kindergarten classes may have a healthy, light, NON-sugar snack. Parents may sign up to bring the class snack. Please remember we are a NUT AND NUT PRODUCT FREE AREA. Please help us keep all of our children safe and healthy.
• Dismissal: First through sixth grade students ARE DISMISSED at the end of class time. Please be certain you have selected a meeting place with your child. Children in 2 year old through kindergarten classes will NOT BE DISMISSED until someone comes for them. (If a child has NOT been picked up by 10:25 am or 11:40 am, they will be taken to the Sunday School office.)
• Visitors/Guests: We welcome visitors and are happy to have your children share God’s love with their friends. We do require all visitors to sign in at the Sunday School office.
