La Casa de Cristo sponsors this Phoenix organization, The Bridge to Hope, that helps refugees and recovering and homeless families make the transition to self-sufficiency through a proven two year program.

By providing a stable housing environment, volunteers offer fellowship and encouragement through support teams and monthly dinners.
